Moments like these

Fell asleep holding on to his spoon, he insist on having one while we feed him. 

Talking to his Abuelo Luis on the phone, mostly grunting or like we call it his cave man talk.

Egg drop experiment

This was a very fun experience for Kanani.  She was even more excited when her teams egg survived the drop.

Abuelo time after church

Spending this Sunday after church at their grandparents house.  Visiting Abuela Gladys who is finally home.  It fills my heart with so much joy seeing them interact with their grandparents.  Thank you God for allowing us to live so close to both sets of grandparents.

When did she become so grown?  She is growing up to be such a wonderful child of God.  If she only knew how much I love her.

Kanani and my mom have such a special bond.  I'm so glad we live close enough to my parents.  That's one thing I miss the most of Puerto Rico, my grandparents.

The greatest blessings God has given me has my been my children.  I love them with all my heart!  I pray that God covers them and guides them everyday of their lives.

Congrats on completing Level 1

She has completed Level 1 in just a month, I didn't think she was going to be interested and would lose interest fast.  Gotta say she loves it so far.  Praying the fire to learn never goes out.

He just woke up from his nap in the middle of me taking a picture.  I just love his cute smile. 

Stuck in a scary way

I was hanging some figures of the solar system on the ceiling.  I needed to grab some more tape so I left the ladder there, not thinking anything was going to happen since I wasn't leaving the room.  

As I'm looking for the tape I hear Kanani freaking out behind.  When I turn around and see her head stuck I start to laugh.  Which was making Kanani laugh and cry.  

Poor thing was so scared.  Believe she has learned her lesson.  Thankful it was very easy to remove her head from there.

Every time Kanani starts her school work (ABC mouse), Dartanian is right next to her.  He definitely has enjoyed it a lot since he is able to stand up on his own, and see what she is doing.  

Workshop Fun: Sled

Love spending these special first Saturday's of each month with her at Home Depot Workshops.  We've been going for 2 years and won't stop.  She's loves hands on stuff and this has rely helped her creative side a lot.  

Siblings

Dartanian always has be close to Kanani, especially when she is eating.  Really whenever anyone is eating Dartanian is not too far begging with his cute face for some.  

I'm nervous and excited

This is definitely something very foreign to me....blogging.  I've always thought of doing one but never got around to it.  Thanks to my very dear friend Michelle for the push.  It's exactly what I needed to motivate me to do one.  

So glad to be documenting the very special moments in our family lives.  Love taking pictures, especially of my babies, and to be able to post them is exciting.  Not only because I'm finally doing something I've long to do but this is something I can always look back on. See how my family have grown and changed as time went by.  Time waits for no one, which I don't like when it comes to my babies.  They are growing up so fast.  

Where is a freeze ray, time machine, anything to keep them like this forever.  I'm so proud of who they are becoming, their love for God and others.  We are blessed to have such great kids.  

Thank you God for all you've done not only for me but for my family.  I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for God.  Looking back at the way I was, even the way I was last month, to the way I am now is definitely God.  I only strive to be more like Him!!!
